In 1977 RTD developed the master plan for a phased renovation of this heavily wooded hillside property. In 2000 a stone terrace and wood deck beneath large, existing Oak trees were added in conjunction with a kitchen renovation. In 2002, the main house was renovated and an expansive main terrace and pool added. A new garage with storage, arrival court, Wisteria arbor, stepped pathways, vegetable garden and landscape renovations followed in 2003.
